Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect when you request your Kabbalistic Destiny Reading, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is the owner of this site. For any matter regarding your personal data you may write to opusvolt@gmail.com.

What we collect

Your full name and your date of birth. These are the two pieces of data your reading is calculated from. Without them there is no product.
Your email address. Used to send you your reading as a PDF and, if needed, to resend it.
Your answers to the questionnaire (which area weighs on you and whether you feel you repeat a pattern). They only serve to order the content shown to you.
Purchase data: amount, currency, date and payment identifier.

We never receive or store your card details. Payment is processed entirely by Mercado Pago or PayPal on their own systems. We only receive confirmation that the payment was made.

What we use it for

Calculating and generating your personal reading.
Sending it to you by email.
Letting you retrieve it if the email gets lost.
Handling a refund request, if you make one.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we send you no commercial messages unless you ask for them.

Who it is shared with

Only with the providers needed for the service to work, and only for that:

Vercel — site hosting.
Upstash — database where your order is stored.
Google (Gmail) — sending the email with your reading.
Mercado Pago and PayPal — payment processing.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement, only on pages reached from an ad.

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties.

Advertising and measurement

On pages reached from an advertisement we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to find out whether those ads work. It stores a cookie in your browser and tells Meta that you visited the page, tied to an identifier of theirs.

What Meta does not receive: your name, your date of birth or the content of your reading. None of that leaves this site.

You can turn it off from the ad settings of your Meta account, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. Doing so does not prevent you from buying or receiving your reading.

How long we keep it

Your order record — with your name, date, email and payment data — is kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. That window exists so you can retrieve your reading or request a refund. After that, your reading is still yours: you have it in your email and on your device.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your data, as well as withdraw your consent. Write to opusvolt@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible.

Minors

This service is intended for people over 18.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the date in the header.
